How to use Refine Beauty Collagen

Step 1:
Pour 150ml warm water into clean Refine BPA Free plastic shaker or glass. 
(It is best to use the shaker).

Step 2:
Take and tear off one sachet of Refine Beauty Collagen.

Step 3:
Pour the content into the shaker or glass.

Step 4:
Shake or stir well until dissolved.

Step 5:
Drink. 
Consume one sachet early morning before breakfast or 1 hour before activity/exercise.
Maximum: One sachet daily.
Note:
